This Is my first post on dis blog so i will tell you the one of the best template....you can see it on my blog........This is not develop by me but on of the best template.
First download the template .rar file and after that extract

so lets start how to apply it.
For Blogger:-
1. Just open your blogger dashboard and click on the template which are you see in the left side....see in the picture

1. Just open your blogger dashboard and click on the template which are you see in the left side....see in the picture
2.now you will see the page like given in following pic....click on the backup/restore show in right hand side
3.Then a pop up window will appear.....click on "download full template" to download your current template (For safety).
4.now click on choose file below it....go to the location where u downloaded template...
5.click on .xml file and click on Upload Button...
6.Yipee You Have change your current template......
